PROJECT OVERVIEW
Neo Bank is a retail bank that offers financial services for people and small businesses. The typical user is between 25 – 55 years old. Neo Bank goal is to make financial services accessible for everyone.
Problem
Available online bank websites have entangle designs and confusing systems for scheduling appointments.
Goal
Design a Neo Bank website to be user friendly by providing clear navigation and offering a fast appointment process.
Problem Statement
Olivia Gomez is a busy manager who needs a way to easily schedule an appointment because she doesn’t have time to wait in line whenever she goes to a Bank.
Paper Wireframes
Taking the time to draft iterations of each screen of the app on paper ensured that the elements that made it to digital wireframes would be well-suited to address user pain points. For the home screen, I prioritized a quick and easy appointment process to help users save time.
Low-Fidelity Prototype
The low-fidelity prototype connected the primary user flow of scheduling an appointment, so the prototype could be used in a usability study with users.

Early designs allow for some customization, but after the usability studies, I added a confirmation page so that users know that their appointment was made.

Impact
The app makes users feel like Neo Bank really cares about how to meet their needs.

The website made it convenient to make an appointment online! I would definitely use it whenever I need to go to the bank.
What I learned
While designing the Neo Bank website, I learned that providing best customer experience is a must. Usability studies and peer feedback influenced each iteration of the app’s designs.
